Care That Meets You Where You Are
Every person's healing journey is unique. I offer a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed services for children, adolescents, and adults — tailored to your needs, your pace, and your goals.
Healing trauma at its roots
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the most well-researched and effective treatments for trauma available today. Trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR by Laurel Parnell, I bring both clinical expertise and deep compassion to this powerful modality.
EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess traumatic memories that have become "stuck" — memories that continue to cause distress, intrusive thoughts, or emotional reactivity long after the original event. Through a structured, gentle process, EMDR allows the nervous system to integrate these experiences so they no longer hold the same charge.
What this can help with
A safe foundation for every session
Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-informed care is not a single technique — it is a foundational lens through which I approach every client and every session. It means understanding that many of the struggles people face are rooted in past experiences of harm, loss, or overwhelm.
In a trauma-informed practice, safety comes first. I work to create an environment where you feel physically and emotionally safe, where your autonomy is respected, and where healing happens at a pace that honors your nervous system. This approach is woven into everything I do — from how I ask questions to how I respond to your story.
What this can help with
Finding your way back to yourself
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression are among the most common — and most treatable — mental health challenges. Whether you're experiencing persistent worry, low mood, panic, or a sense of emptiness, you don't have to white-knuckle your way through it.
Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and EMDR when appropriate, I help clients understand the roots of their anxiety and depression and build lasting tools for regulation, resilience, and peace.

Developmentally sensitive care for young people
Children & Adolescents
Young people face unique challenges — and they deserve a therapist who truly understands their world. I provide developmentally sensitive counseling for children and adolescents, meeting them where they are with warmth, creativity, and genuine respect.
Whether a child is navigating anxiety, school stress, family changes, trauma, or identity questions, I create a space where they feel heard and valued. For adolescents, I offer a confidential, non-judgmental environment to explore their experiences and build the skills they need to thrive.
